Sudeikis’ representatives highlighted a joint statement the former couple made in October.

“As parents, it is incredibly disheartening to learn that the former nanny of our two young children would choose to go public with such false and indecent allegations against us,” they said.

“Her campaign of harassing us and our loved ones, close friends and colleagues has now reached an unfortunate culmination of 18 months. We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children and sincerely hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone stay.”
