HOUSTON (AP) – Philadelphia’s Aaron Nora didn’t allow a base runner in six innings against the Houston Astros.

Nora strikes out. He hit the wing in the fourth, fanning Jose Altuve, Jeremy Pena and Yordan Alvarez.

He threw 72 pitches with 53 strikes.

The Phillies sent Nora to the mound on Monday night and only need a win or loss in Milwaukee to clinch their first playoff berth since 2011.

Philadelphia went 1-0 with six runs in Kyle Schwaber’s first homer, his 45th national-leading homer of the season.
