While the previous version of the Always Pan was great for cooking and easy to clean, the biggest difference between the Always Pan 2.0 and the first version for everyday use is that the sequel is now stovetop-to-oven (up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit). Incredibly, it’s big enough to hold a chicken, so you can use it as a roasting pan too.
Other improvements: 100% non-toxic nonstick ceramic coating on the cookware lasts 50% longer than before, and the core is made of 100% post-consumer recycled aluminum.
