[Bangkok, Thailand, September 20, 2022] On the second day of HUAWEI CONNECT 2022 Bangkok, Huawei launched a series of innovative infrastructure solutions to drive industry digitalization by finding the right technology for the right scenario. Industry stakeholders gathered to discuss the future direction and opportunities of industry digitization around the theme of “Innovating Infrastructure and Unleashing Digitization”. They analyzed the challenges faced by the digitization of different industries, and Huawei has introduced solutions backed by its own technical strength to help meet these challenges.
At the event, Huawei launched the “Huawei Empowerment Program”, a global partner development program. The program will help Huawei partners build three categories of capabilities to better serve customers: digital transformation consulting and planning, product and portfolio expertise, and solution development.
The Right Technology for the Right Scenario: Making the Digital Last Mile Easier
Ding Ruian, President of Huawei Enterprise BG, said in his keynote speech “Empowering the Industry and Creating Value”, “Deep digital transformation will help enterprises better adapt to the ever-changing world. Huawei is working closely with partners to find the right technology for the right scenarios, support customers to promote digital transformation and unleash the power of digitalization.”
Ding Lei said that through connectivity, computing and cloud technologies, Huawei is working with partners to promote continuous industry innovation and multi-technology collaboration to create scenario-based solutions for diverse customer needs. This will create greater value and make it easier for customers to walk the “last mile” of digital transformation, he added.

Key innovations and stronger infrastructure to unlock digital power
Bob Chen, Vice President of Huawei Enterprise BG, discusses how multi-technology collaboration is critical to finding the right technology for the right scenario. He explained in his keynote speech “Innovative Digital Infrastructure to Accelerate Digital Transformation”, “Data is the core of digital transformation, and data ingestion, transmission, storage, and analysis are key steps. Huawei provides full-stack products and product portfolios to support end-to-end End-to-end data processing to accelerate customer digital transformation.”
Data connection, transmission and storage are three important parts in this process. In terms of data connection, Huawei has upgraded its CloudFabric, CloudWAN, CloudCampus and other intelligent cloud network solutions. The solution is designed to provide industry customers with a simple, agile, and simplified experience, laying a solid data foundation for unleashing digital power.
In terms of data transmission, Huawei has been exploring how to apply fifth-generation fixed-line (F5G) evolution to various industries to reshape industry productivity. It has successively released a variety of new products and solutions such as all-optical bearer, all-optical industrial network, all-optical campus, and all-optical sensing.
In terms of data storage, Huawei said that it is committed to building a data-centric and trusted storage foundation for six key data usage scenarios, including production and transaction, data analysis, and data protection, to help enterprises make full use of data.
Huawei Empowerment Program: Building a Prosperous Digital Ecosystem for Global Partners
At this event, Huawei launched the Huawei Empowerment Program, which aims to help global partners build a thriving digital ecosystem. Through this program, Huawei will conduct joint innovation with partners through OpenLabs, provide partners with new frameworks, new programs, and integrated platform capabilities through the Huawei ICT Academy and the Huawei Authorized Learning Partner (HALP) program, and build a talent pool. Huawei also announced that it will invest $300 million in the program to support global partners over the next three years.
