Alec Baldwin is facing a new civil lawsuit from the relatives of cinematographer Halina Hutchins.

Ms Allred said: “We are well aware that all of our clients’ relationships are damaged and they will not be able to enjoy life as much as they did when their precious Halyna was still alive.

“Halyna was a shining light in their lives. Of course, the tragedy of losing their daughter and sister is heartbreaking for all three of our clients.”

In a separate lawsuit, Baldwin is scheduled to make his first U.S. court appearance on Feb. 24 to face criminal charges stemming from the incident.
