Gwyneth Paltrow’s son said he heard his mother swear and yell at the man who sued her over a 2016 skiing accident.

Moses Martin, who was nine at the time of the incident, said he “saw” his mum on the ground and “a person crashed behind her”.

Ms Paltrow’s legal team read his statement to the Utah court: “As I slid past, I heard my mom yelling at the guy. She said something like ‘You just hit me and said what Bullshit'”.

Terry Sanderson, 76, a retired optometrist suing an oscar winning actress He was fined $300,000 (£244,000) for allegedly hitting him at a Utah ski resort in 2016.

Ms. Paltrow denied the claims and countersued for a nominal amount of one dollar, saying Mr. Sanderson hit her.

The court also read testimony from Ms Paltrow’s eldest daughter, Apple Martin.

Apple said her mother told her what happened after the accident: “I noticed [my mother] Looking a bit shocked, I asked what happened and she said ‘this bastard hit me, he hit me straight on the back'”.

Apple added: “She was in a state of shock, and then she decided not to go skiing for the rest of the day, which she never did, she always kept going, but she was shocked and a little sore. “

She continued: “I’ve never seen her shake like that, she was very visibly disturbed and she had some kind of pain… she was in a bit of pain and I remember that’s why she went to the spa to get a massage.

“I remember she was very crazy. She was in a state of shock, she was very depressed.”
