Chef Downey Makes Air Fryer Buffalo Wings


-2 pounds chicken wings

-2 teaspoons garlic powder

-2 teaspoons onion powder

-2 teaspoons chili powder

-2 teaspoons salt

-3 teaspoons baking powder

blue cheese sauce

– fresh blue cheese

-1/4 cup sour cream

-1/4 cup mayonnaise or lemon juice

– salt and pepper

Buffalo Sauce
-1/2 bottle of Frank’s Red Hot

-1/2 stick of butter

– a dash of Worcestershire sauce

– a little white vinegar

-1/2 teaspoon paprika

-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

-1/2 teaspoon onion powder

– Place the wings in the dry ingredients and place on the air fryer rack (make sure the wings are thoroughly dry before seasoning)

– Put wings in air fryer @ 400 degrees enemy for 20-30 minutes (but flip halfway through)

– Melt butter and whiskey, add seasoning, add frank, vinegar and Worcestershire

– add wings to sauce

– Combine blue cheese, lemon, sour cream and mayonnaise to taste.
